Bridge the Communication Gap
Learn to open up again. Many relationships fail because couples simply stop sharing their thoughts and the details of their daily lives with each other. One day, you may decide not to tell your girlfriend about something that went wrong at the office, and the next, you may feel like you have nothing to talk about anymore.
Be honest. Learn to share your fears, anxieties, and insecurities with your loved one again. But don't forget to share the positive things in your life, too. If you're really excited about a new career move or a new friendship, don't keep quiet.
Share even the smaller details of your day. Slowly let your loved one back in by talking about what you've been up to that day, how your work week went, or what's going on with your friends.
Make time for opening up. You should have time to open up every day, whether it's during dinner, before bed, or even during a long walk in the middle of the day.
2
Work on compromising. A lot of relationships fail because both people feel that it's better to be right than to be happy. But if you want to save your relationship, you have to work on reaching a common ground with your significant other and to discuss big decisions in a way that takes both people into account.
Make big decisions together. If you want to make things work, don't ever make a big decision without taking your loved one into account.
Have a rational discussion before any big decision. Sit down and discuss your point of views, even making lists of your reasons for wanting to make a certain decision. Learn to balance your desires, and see if you can find a way that makes both of you happy. If your loved one gets his way, understand why the decision is important to him.
Make sure that both people know how to compromise. Don't be the person who always gives in, and don't be the person who always gets his way, either.
3
Stop fighting. Many relationships fall apart because couples spend most of their time together arguing about everything from which brand of toothpaste to use to how they can make time for each other. If you want things to work, you have to learn to stop fighting over everything, and to handle disagreements with poise.
Don't yell. Raising your voice will never achieve anything except making the other person mad.
Learn to speak calmly and slowly. You'll be better able to communicate your thoughts if you don't rush it.
Learn to listen. Part of the reason people yell is because they feel that their side of the story isn't being heard. Take turns speaking and voicing your concerns instead of talking at once.
Don't pick fights. Don't pick fights just because you're feeling mad about something else. This will only make things worse.
4
Don't be passive-aggressive. If something is actually bothering you, then speak up instead of keeping it all in. If you don't share what's wrong, then you'll only make things worse by fuming, staying silent, and taking your anger out on your significant other without him knowing why. Though it may be tempting to silently fume because it's easier than having a conversation, it won't make things any easier for you.
If you think your significant other is being passive-aggressive, ask him what's wrong. Be open about it, and hopefully he'll tell you what he's feeling.
Don't write your feelings in a note or an email -- this is also passive-aggressive and avoids real communication.

Redang
Good morning beautiful people,
Life has been better after Joeys Hens trip getaway to Pulau Redang, realizing a lot of things and I guess I have change to a more open-minded person. All four of us shared our stories behind every laughter or smile that is in real. We all have our own problems and all now gather here and let it all out at once to feel better.
I am dark now, not sun burnt, thanks god! Else my skin will be in the process of sunburnt now. Alot say I didn't get darker but actually to be honest even while typing now I can see my fingers are so dark.. hahah like bangla dy! ooops sorry .. im not rAcist! :D
Pulau Redang we got so in love the moment we see 1/3 of the sea and beach and hotels.. How we got there, we transit midnight flight to Tunes Hotel, KL nearby LCCT than catch the flight to Kuala Terengganu at 11am.. Upon reaching Terengganu we are being escorted by Laguna Redang Resort Hotel by a air-conditioned bus to the Jetty which takes about 20 mins ride. Terengganu is a very small state and that day we arrive on a Friday most of the shops are closed. Once we reach the Jetty, we are asked to buy the Marine Park life RM 5 each to get there for snorkeling and all. We were straight away invited to the speed boat which they call it Ferry to the island. It was holy cow 1.5 hours ride on the boat. Seriously, we were mad tired and all coz we didn't really sleep the night before.
Finally, we reach the jetty of Laguna Resort wasn't excited at all coz the sea wasn't that clean as we saw on the pictures and all than we were asked to hop into a transport looking like train.. Just 3 mins ride than HOLLA, we saw white sandy beach, beautiful sceneries, beautiful clear blue green water and the famous more more tea inn. The hotel was fabulous :D We were not asked to check in first, we were told to go grab our lunch first as it is inside our package. Beautiful scenery and buffet lunch. Right after that we did our check in and we have a beautiful room, spacious with 4 beds :D Without any hesitation, we quickly change and storm yes storm to More more tea inn and off we go to rent the snorkeling set worth RM 30 for both the mask and the life jacket till we check out hehe.. than yes off me and gwen went to snorkel and guess what we saw SHARK!! as in baby shark and loads more beautiful fishes.. than came up to shore ordered Laguna sex on the beach.. cocktail .. mmmm enjoying life to every single sec!
Dinner for buffet was so so as it is BBQ dinner the next day we had normal buffet dinner. Which we think overall their breakfast and lunch are the best served compare to the buffet at night. Next day, we went to the marine park and took picture under sea.. and than went back to the hotel rest up for lunch than off we went for Scuba diving. Two of us escorted by one instructor.. Was damn panic as it was my first time breathing inside the sea with oxygen tank behind me using mouth.. I thought I cannot make it and just surrender but I DID IT! <3 ohh nemos so PRETTY.. and right after the diving for one hour we went up the shore and heard AH Boyz to men song where to crew from Star Cruise reach Pulau Redang to relax and have a little programme with the tourist on the island. We quickly rush to shower and take picture. We found Tosh and other actors. Just that we didn't get to take picture with Lau Cha Boh. sad case. but nevermind.. its all good!
The third we checked out of Laguna Resort and shifted to Redang Beach resort which is just next door. Check out service was damn bad for Laguna URGH.. especially the bell boys. hmmmmm.. but whatever, we brought our luggage ourselves and finally reach there.. We love the environment there better than laguna.. but the rooms we prefer laguna more than redang. Redang beach hotel rooms are more of a budget one.. more youngsters place to chill in.. live band and all are all youngsters but as for Laguna Redang its more of a romantic place, high class feel those.
Nevertheless, nothing more i can say other than i had all the fun and all the relaxation there at Pulau Redang, I will miss that place so much! Hopefully will get to plan a trip out with my dear family next year to Redang too.
Can't wait for Ding Dang concert end of the month and also phuket a& krabi on October :D
Money money money I know but whatever :D
